@madglover The Z thing is simply a divergent evolution of language. 1/3rd of the English vocabulary comes from French, and look at how us anglophones murdered those original spellings. I would say that British English richer and perhaps more precise than American English. However, I'd also argue that American English offers simplicity of comprehension and expression, allowing for people for whom English is not their first language to avoid linguistic condescension. I enjoy the song as well...

I love how people call others idiots when they're the ones showing their own incompetence via spelling, punctuation, and grammar mistakes. For example, take this comment: "your retarted! lol it is the optional comma idiot haha." Okay we'll dismiss the omitted capitalizations, as it is minor in this case. The correct way to call someone "retarted" is to say "you're retarded" (in which case he or she is). I couldn't even retype the comment without messing up, by spelling the words CORRECTLY.
