Well, she can dance in the sense that she can move around to music...but she isn't very good anymore. She's not hitting her moves full out, and a lot of them are easy. In fact, she is off count during almost all of the 3rd clip. She used to be better than all the background dancers, now they outshine her and she looks like an amateur. But it's prob the meds she's likely on for her psych issues, they leave you feeling in a fog. It's too bad, she used to kill it on stage.

And yes she's 30 but Madonna was 32 when she did the Blonde Ambition Tour and she danced her ass off! Maybe her knee injury from 2004 really messed her up or she's just lazy. she is stiff on stage. if you watch rehearsal esp from the circus era she is great. I guess after the 2007 Vmas that took a real shot to her confidence and shes a Sagittarius(like myself) and it is a very insecure sign. I see a HUGE improvement in her performing since 2009. Shes only getting better.

Britney is done people...she will never dance the way the used to....ever! Any amount of choreography that's given to her now is basic 8 count moves that anyone who is able to walk is can pick up. I don't think it's age (29/30 is not old) or the fact that she has had two kids maybe her knee injuries but I think it boils down to her not taking care of herself as well as she could. You can tell shes been eating burgers and fast fried food that gives you no energy and makes you feel lethargic this explains her lackluster dancing. I get that she wants to relax I love her to death but she NEEDS to take better care of herself oh and the smoking doesn't help either.

Her dancing is fine! She may not dance as hardcore as she used to, but she still dances a lot better than most artists today. Giving a performance is not all about hardore dancing. Plus, she injured her knee twice and she had a surgery once. Bottom line is, I actually like Britney's dance moves <3
This just proves that Brit can't dance anymore. Even her rhythm and fluidity is off. She doesn't seem natural at it anymore. In addition to holding Brit accountable for her lack of dancing execution, I also believe the choreography doesn't suit her. It's not her style. When she dances now it's awkward, and it's hard to watch as a fan that followed her from the get-go. Cut with all these excuses of why she sucks. I'm not expecting her to do back flips, but I do expect her to not look awkward.

Her dancing is not as tight as it should be. I saw this tour (don't get me wrong, LOVED it, had a BLAST), and that was my criticism. She hardly, if at all, does any live singing, so I expect 1) on point lip-syncing, and 2) perfect choreography. I've heard Madonna's dancers say that they are amazed how at her age, she can out dance most of them, and she keeps them in rehearsals for hours and hours until they get it right. @cka88 I LOVE BRITNEY the reason I love her is because of Janet however she is only 30 something,when JANET WAS 30 something she was on fire and still is. JANET has been on tour longer then BRITNEY this year and she's 45 years old and still dancing like she's 20. @Cla900 Britney has been singing live in her world tour. She didn't sing the entire show live, but she sang at least 50% of it. Britney isn't the most strongest of singers, and her choreography is quite precise and requires a lot of energy, which is why its half and half at her tour. Britney fans wouldn't like it if she stood on stage for 2 hours and just sang. So she levels it out.

Britney was super-involved and enjoyed every minute with amazing dancing and live singing for 90 mins, I promise!!!

Well, she can dance in the sense that she can move around to music...but she isn't very good anymore. She's not hitting her moves full out, and a lot of them are easy. In fact, she is off count during almost all of the 3rd clip. She used to be better than all the background dancers, now they outshine her and she looks like an amateur. But it's prob the meds she's likely on for her psych issues, they leave you feeling in a fog. It's too bad, she used to kill it on stage.

insurance companies will not cover certain things due to her knee injuries. her last knee injury cut the onyx tour short, tens and tens and tens of millions of dollars were lost, cut short the album, no 'outrageous' single/vid. after allll the press and bullshit she went through they can't risk ANYTHING happening to her. notice she never bends her knees! ps- it still makes me laugh people think lady gaga can dance. please. gaga's dancing at her best is britney's at her very worst. gimme a break

I don't think it's age (29/30 is not old) or the fact that she has had two kids maybe her knee injuries but I think it boils down to her not taking care of herself as well as she could. You can tell shes been eating burgers and fast fried food that gives you no energy and makes you feel lethargic this explains her lackluster dancing. I get that she wants to relax I love her to death but she NEEDS to take better care of herself oh and the smoking doesn't help either.

This just proves that Brit can't dance anymore. Even her rhythm and fluidity is off. She doesn't seem natural at it anymore. In addition to holding Brit accountable for her lack of dancing execution, I also believe the choreography doesn't suit her. It's not her style. When she dances now it's awkward, and it's hard to watch as a fan that followed her from the get-go. Cut with all these excuses of why she sucks. Her dancing is not as tight as it should be. I saw this tour (don't get me wrong, LOVED it, had a BLAST), and that was my criticism. She hardly, if at all, does any live singing, so I expect 1) on point lip-syncing, and 2) perfect choreography. I've heard Madonna's dancers say that they are amazed how at her age, she can out dance most of them, and she keeps them in rehearsals for hours and hours until they get it right. When Britney dances, it looks like a half-assed rehearsal...

This of course messes with her confidence, creates fears that weren’t there before and adding the comments and insults makes a bad situation 100x worse.When people say she doesn’t enjoy it anymore, WOW…Empathy people, she’s doing her best. devastating, and is clearly the case with her. They become what some people refer to as souless/braindead but functional, this results in the blank stare, hazy and zoned out mannerisms. Her brain is no longer able to hold and process as much intricate info at a time, and that is clearly the issue with her dancing. She tries, and is sometimes successful a little bit, but once she messes up she catches herself, loses her concentration and freezes or panics at times; so it’s easier forher to half

1st time I comment on this but I can't keep quiet anymore after reading so many negative comments she can't reply to. 1st off, I'm not a Britney or Gaga fan, though I love them both, my exp is w/psych patients. That being said, Britney got diagnosed w/several mental issues and deficiencies, which are none of our business, but the ones leaked were Bipolar w/manic depression tendencies. The meds for those issues are designed to keep your emotions in check and have side effects that are sometimes

You girls are all braindead. Like really? This video is a complete fail! The shaky ass camera and poor quality is making her seem like she is doing more then she really is. And let's not be no fool... the choreography they give her are dummy proof. She is not doing anything grand or advanced as a dancer.... I don't even know how you can call that dancing! She can't dance very well.
Twitching your hips, moving your hands around a lot, stepping a foot to the left, and flipping your hair around 100 times is not exactly dancing.
It's too stiff, she has no rhythm and only does what is choreographed or what's whispered in her ear.

wadeva the comments, britney's been doing this for at least 10 years!! she's no longer 20 and i think she's doing a great job keeping up wif the dance routines throughout the whole concert. look ppl, she is not performing for jus one night. it's been awhile since she started femme fatale tour. she's performing like every other night. jus give her a break and stop making redundant comparison.

@cka88 I LOVE BRITNEY the reason I love her is because of Janet however she is only 30 something,when JANET WAS 30 something she was on fire and still is. JANET has been on tour longer then BRITNEY this year and she's 45 years old and still dancing like she's 20. Once again I LOVE BRITNEY, however she does not put alot of effort into her dancing anymore.

Anything Gaga does when it comes to dancing, she could do better and actually add to it and make it sexier and slicker.
I really don't know how Gaga fans have the guts to rival Britney fans in general but to rival them when it comes to dancing... is just beyond humorous. Gaga is not a natural dancer and she struggles to pull it off and actually look decent when dancing. I wouldn't even call it dancing.

@Kiiddy Lady Gaga has far better vocals than most of the singers in the business today. Gaga knows how to perform very well. so does britney though. Both are incredible talents. Britney is a natural dancer while Gaga struggles. Gaga is a vocalist and song writer and theatrical person while britney struggles with vocals.

Everyone knows she hasn't got the voice of Mariah Carey. That's not why we like her. Plus her voice is one of the most unique and iconic voices of pop music history. I'm glad she's been singing live in her most recent tour though.

@Cla900 Britney has been singing live in her world tour. She didn't sing the entire show live, but she sang at least 50% of it. Britney isn't the most strongest of singers, and her choreography is quite precise and requires a lot of energy, which is why its half and half at her tour. Britney fans wouldn't like it if she stood on stage for 2 hours and just sang. So she levels it out.
Gaga is an amazing performer, however she doesn't outshine her dance wise. Vocals yes, dance not really.

@johnlaw1992 I was at The onyx and Circus and femmefatale and Britney is dancing the BEST in FEMME FATALE, do not go by these videos as it is much better live and you will NOT be disappointed. Britney was super-involved and enjoyed every minute with amazing dancing and live singing for 90 mins, I promise!!!

I love Britney but if you guys call that good dancing, I am astonished. I was shaking my head from embarrassment from 1:07 - 1:20. She can do moves but I see no energy in them whatsoever.
