David helped our neighbors in Iraq to build their nation back up. He helped them to build businesses, schools, and representative government. But he also gave them the loving respect that helped him to give them what they needed the most -- empowerment.

If someone's hungry, give them both food and a fishing pole. That's what David did.

I'm no longer campaigning for Petraeus for President in 2012 -- unless he decides to run. I trust he'll continue to be where he needs to be at just the right time.
