there was never 300.000 russians , if of course you not count the jews, ukrainians, armenians, dagestan, ingush , azerbajan , and all other representatives of other nations . they know who left the country first . it was every one except chechens. so there is nothing to invistigate. and specialy u and such of you will not to change the point of that genocide what russia have done in chechnya! How about 400.000 killed civilians by russian "anti terror operation" is the reality!
Approximately 300 000 Russians lived up to the war in Chechnya, 1994. Now they do not exist in the republic. Why do organizations such as HRW are not interested in their fate? This is certainly not consistent with the geopolitical goals of the United States in the region, but this would create at least the appearance of objectivity.
