Hey just wondering. I want to put aftermarket intake on my aspire but apparently i need it tuned when i get it. No where is the world can it be tuned apart from the factory in japan. So basically i was told putting intake on your car without tuning it isn't giving you the performance as if it were tuned. Did anyone know about this? I think im still gonna do it.

Nice, evo. Like the tinted windows and tail lamps. make it have a Stealth look. Although I'm not a fan of seen Stickers on cars or on windows.. but everyones different. sweet job so far. but I suggest you do a full Exhuast when you can. mabe do Borla. it sounds a bit ricy because of the intake. once an exhuast is put on it will sound more like an actual evo. you can still put the big canister exhuast on but I would recommend staying with a custom Dual set up like the stock ones have now.

That's because they had to reset your ECU so your car wouldn't have to figure out it has a new intake, learn new settings, and readjust. With a theoretical blank slate, the car takes everything as stock and makes its adjustments immediately. Resetting your ECU can be done by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for at least 5 minutes. Anything electronically saved will be erased like radio stations and your trip meters (except anything saved on the navi HD).
