It looks like just because the 8x8 is the biggest does not mean it is the best. The lady who was driving it looked like she was quite good at it (at least I thought, and pretty too ) but in terms of being most adgial. the 6x6s' came out on top.
You're absolutely right. The Attex eight wheeler in the video benefits from the longer wheelbase when traveling over a lot of rutted trails and really awkward terrain, but it's tougher to get it out of situations when it gets high-centered (like in the video...) It weighs substantially more, too. Not nearly as agile as a 6x6, but it's still a lot of fun for being a 40 year old machine. I'll forward your comments to the driver. :)
Brilliant.... The Max IV still makes the hard stuff look like child's-play. I need one. The girls had a lot of fun in that gully, too. Thanks for documenting the weekend for us all....
