question about big three. I have 0 gauge going to the amp. But would using 4 gauge ground and power for big three work?

Yeah it would work. Anything bigger then your factory wiring is better. 0 guage is recommended because it will have the most current flow but 4 guage is better then factory anyday. upgrade to 0 when possible

Oh yeah, Darvex has an entire ought guage amp wiring starter kit. Fuse block and everything. Includes a 5 farad cap. All for $109. The wire alone will cost almost $100. Sweet deal! I got my Fi 15" in and mounted in box. Still waiting on the amp. Should be here soon!

make sure u do atleast the big 3 tho i used to have bad voltage drop..what are you puttin it in? it hits hard in a trunk but if u got a suv or a hatchback its really gonna hit. louder then any 2 12s around i bet

Yeah its going into a SUV. 06 Mercury Mariner. What did you do for your voltage fix? If I get drops with the Big 3, I'll have to get a yellow top I reckon. I just hate seeing batteries in the open and would need to get crafty to hide it. I'm excited about the new 1200D. Sundown said they should of named it the SAE 1500D because its way overpowered!

I had the voltage drop BEFORE the big 3. it was down in the low 11's then after the big 3 it never goes under 13. Yeah its powerful not too much different from the 1500d and i kno the V.2 will be better then the first

the sae 1200d will be to much power for one FI SSD unless you wire it at 2 ohm.. The 1200D can put out 1500W rms @1 ohm if you have good electrical system and 750-780W rms @ 2 ohms lol.

ya I know that DB-R electronics had them and they are an authorized online seller for sundown. Really cannot beat the price for the sae 1200d. The next choice would be the Audioque AQ1200d and is $249 with free shipping. Those 2 amps are the best price/performance/quality ratio available.
