UN confirmed the cluster bombs originated from the southern part of sri lanka which was under the control of sri lankan army. It clearly proves who fired those bombs.

I'm not a Sri Lankan, but I have studied and continue to study the LTTE terrorist group and the devastation they have had on the innocent people of that beautiful island. This terror group has got to be the most dishonest and untrustworthy rebel group in the world. They have perfected the use of child soldiers and suicide attacks on civilians. In Sri Lanka the government is known to have cluster bombs and they allegedly drop them from their MIG-27s. Dropping bombs on hospital is violation of Geneva convention.

Do you know the use of cluster bombs is NOT illegal? Only 94 countries signed the Convention on Cluster Munitions agreement. The US uses it in Iraq and Afghanistan. Lately the propaganda wing of the Tamil Tigers were mislead to believe it was illegal. This is the reason they are using the word 'cluster bomb' in their propaganda war against Sri Lanka's government.

I agre bombing a hospital would be against geneva conventions. So it would contradict with common sense and go against the SL government if it was to bomb this hospital. Begs the question then why would the Sri Lankan state bomb this hospital knowing well the repercussions? Are you then going to say they wanrt to kill Tamils? If so why are they not killing Tamils in Colombo? 50% of Colombo is Tamil and fully under government control?
