  • Typical, where the veges? Thats supposed to be the bulk of your intake. Just looking for a reason to overdose on meat?

  • MEAT WITH A SIDE OF MEAT! :D :D :D <3

  • FULL FITNESS.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya LOL,yeah cause correlation=causation right? Plkease referrence clinical trial;s that prove those were the causes and that those people weren't consuming any processed foods or grains.

  • Cooking meat does not lead to anything dangerous. Do you basic biology and chemistry. Cooked food is healthy. It is way it is prepared and cooked that counts.

There is a lot of disinformation by the mainstream media to steer you into genetically modified soybeans, radical vegetarianism, ecofascism, and keeping the status quo.

  • The fatal flaw with primal, paleo thinking is this. Meat back then was eaten raw. Unless you are eating your meat raw, it cannot provide all the nutrients required for healthy living. Cooking changes the nutrient values in meat drastically. Some research even suggests that cooking causes meat to have carcinogenic properties. However, in our day and age, meat must be cooked to protect us from disease and parasites, so we can never return to our old way of eating without suffering.

  • @apbtdobe This isnt a fatal flaw with these type of lifestyles. If you read the primal blueprint Mark goes into how and why of finding the best possible meats.

  • @dirtbagstatus It has nothing to do with the quality of meat. If it is cooked at all, it is unnatural (defying the premises of Paleo and Primal diets to be as natural as possible). The nutrient profiles of meat are changed quite seriously by cooking, so the raw foods that the cavemen ate were different nutritionally than these cooked foods, making the whole "cavemen diet" a moot point unless you eat it raw.

  • @apbtdobe and I suppose Jesus was a vegetarian...

  • @apbtdobe Humans have evolved to eat meat cooked, as your ancestors were using fire to cook meat about 1 million years ago.

  • I had a paleo mate that had a heart attack a few days ago. Fuck'n moron believed that eating bacon and beef and wearing vibrams would make him as fit and healthy as me.

I posted him a copy of Dr Esselstyn's reversing heart disease book.

  • @durianriders Something tells me you're full of shite. That something is a pic of you in a shirt promoting veganism on your youtube page. The primal blueprint is backed by clinical studys like the Framingham study(one of if not the most extensive heart health study ever prformed)that has been ongoing since the 1940's.

  • @durianriders What a load of bull. For such a committed vegan, you certainly have alot of primal/paleo 'friends'.

  • I did Raw vegan for 2 years, got all skinny & weak! Then several months ago moved to Paleo (after reading Robb Wolfe's Paleo Solutions). Followed Paleo to the T! But became sick, IBS & constipated! I now have to get my health back again, at least as a Raw Vegan I never had any gut health problems! I am all for meat and eggs etc, but evrything in moderation! "Variety is the Spice of Life". Going Middle of the Road and eating a blend of ALL healthy foods on the planet!! Omnivores Rock!

  • @GojiGorger I eat a Paleo template type diet as well, and I probably consume more vegetables than a vegetarian. All you need to do is cut out grains and dairy, unless you can tolerate raw or fermented dairy, white rice, etc. Your gut should be fine that way; and if not, you may have an autoimmune problem.

  • IT,s funny how you guys are into health but at the end, you eat a ton of meat.

Have you ever hear about raw food?

You could do it and still have a piece of meat once in a while.

    Congrats, you are great!

  • Looks way more fun then wiping the sweat off a weight bench and doing 10 boring reps.

  • Grok on.

  • Grok on, guys, you're great! That cow tongue made me hungry!

  • Nice, but is that beer I see at 3:30-3:32? haha, I guess we all need a cheat sometime.

  • Where is this video taken at? Looks amazing!

  • Awesome!
