@ETERNALTEXAN ..... Dude, there is always a slight kink at each end of the RHS/SHS due to the outer rollers holding the material in place so the centre roller can apply the pressure... you will find the the distance of the slight kink to the end of the material is almost the same as the distance of the centre of the middle roller to the centre of an outer roller... If you were experienced in metal fabrication, you would have an appreciation of this - Hope I helped you understand - Cheers :)
I've never rounded anything larger than 1" material. With the wall thickness of .120 wall. You might be able to round 1.75", but it will be tough on the forearms.

The tube benders maximum material rolling measurements are 2" square @ .120 wall, which is 11 guage.
