I Know alott of Travellers and Gypsys and 1 important thing that needs to be said is THERES GOOD AND BAD EVERYWHERE you have your good and bad. and the romany gypsys have way more class than irish travellers eg big fat Gypsy wedding to Romany gypsys is like an absolute JOKE because they are not like that. you really need to meet and talk to gypsys before you judge they have verry high morals and they are extreamly respectfull,I Take my hat of to them they are great people :)

prejudice is borne out of fear and suspicion of the other, i admire paddy for building bridges. i live in carlisle, there's always been traveller sites round here, i've worked for them and on the main part they're decent, moral folk. show respect for them and you get it back in droves. this image of them all being illiterate, violent tax-dodgers is a myth, and if that's an opinion you hold it says much more about you than them.
