He has a mild form of Cerebral Palsy. I know this because his dad taught my best friend geography and P.E for 3 years in St. Macks lol.

I was in Beijing and I watched his race from the stands, it was so awesome and exciting, Mike is a great guy. :)

Maybe a form of Cerebral Palsy? I'm not really sure either, but I would have to guess something like that.

you are right he was in my class in school, i think its a very mild form of the illness because he is a normal guy
