dumb, how about you saved the other half of the shell itself and use it and then way it down, all your doing is compressing the foam which is not ideal.

why you are not gluing the two sides in one job using a vacuum bag? You risk to twist the wing by letting one dry and then applying the other side.
From my perspective it's the most important thing to do it in ones.
The forces you apply by the batteries are by far not enough to have a 100% contact to the sheets.
But anyway, that's the way you do it. Thanks for your good videos and your tips.
