@MrSHIZZLE4u Yes. Engines don't come in stages like that. There are different configurations for an engine. look it up on wikipedia. The most common ones are a V (usually only 6 cylinders and up), a W (usually 8 cylinders and up), inline (4cyl and up), and flat or horizontal (4 and 6 most common)

They all offer some advantages, whether it be cost to produce, performance, fuel economy, or weight
