Dear Palidor19: Too many different types of soil, temperatures, dog poop, etc. to make a general statement on this but I would have to say that it would take 60 days - 6 months, as long as the soil was
at +72 degrees F. Once it goes below 72 degrees the microbes available decrease and it will naturally take longer. It would be better to create a compost pile for the animal waste as temps of the pile will get upwards of 150 degrees F and compost the material much more rapidly.
i still can't figure out how the heck to tie these things up. can you please make a video to show how to tie them? the instructions aren't clear, and the pictorial doesn't show what part of the bag gets pulled through the holes.

There's one huge drawback to biodegradable bags; they have a shelf life.
Meaning after so many months they SPLIT!
Not twhat you want to happen to a bag with poop inside. And people do tend to hoard stuff like this.
Even the non biodegradable bags split, as they're simply made too thin.
