@levicall I would just put a piece of cotton or something in the breech when you're doing that and then just tap the butt on something to get most of it out or use a bike pump or something that blows air in a small area
@MyNameAintEarl270 i ended up cutting off the back of the stock, rounding the handle, making it a lot smaller starting at the trigger area and going all the way to the front, sanding it until it was so smooth it was reflective, and putting some dark stain and varnish on it. it looks like a shotgun (with out the but stock on it) now, its way lighter, and smaller. the color is also a lot more attractive. now i can break the barrel and put it in a normal sized backpack. :) totally worth it.
the trick to sight in a scope is to were ever the pellet hit on a target turn the axis of the scope until the cross hairs are right in the middle of of the bullet mark then your scope will be aming were ever the pellet hits

Try the Mosin nagant 91/30 (75-150$) Or a PSL Dragunov rifle. (500-1200$). They both fire this wonderful cartridge. Buy the CZECH silvertip ammo. Its Surplus so its half price, yet it has steel cores. Perfectly legal Armor peircing.

my favorite are the pba they increase the fps by 25% comes in handy when your trying to take out somthing a little bit big there accurate and lead free. go with pba
The raptures are a bit pricy, and any gun I tried them in as far as hitting the target,was a dissapointment. My advice would be try different types of pellets, and see what works for you. I like the crosman pointed hunting pellets. What good is the fps if it doesn't hit the target.
lol, the center point scope that comes with the gun is 54.00 by its self at wally world, first clean the barrel, with a 17mm brass brush, second ! of the rings 4 the scope has a set screw that goes in the hole on top of the barrel, near the rear, line up the mount, pull up the piece of rubber on the inside of it and use the L wrench it came with 2 tighten the set screw down, tighten the mounts very tightly this gun has serious recoil mount scope and tighten, 4 sighting
fire the gun from 25 feet, measure it first! then measure how far to the right or left it is from the spot u aimed @ this scope is 1/16th inch per click, meaning if ur 2 inches to the right, u have to click it 32 times 2 get to center, fire again if u r close to the verticle line on target then measure distance up or down from ur aim point then count the clicks as u adjust it, up or down, it actually very easy and can b done with just a few shots, try again! this gun is acc@100yrds, luv it!
you are absolutely correct it is probably the best value for that type of rifle....i have the storm xt and it is awsome!!!i hear people complain about it cuz of the scope, but i have the center point like u and it rocks....i think it used to come with a shitty scope, but the center point is great dont waste the money on a new one
@verrockzz The center piont scope is great. I did replace that crappy trigger though with a GRTIII trigger the original trigger had way too much creap. To finish I took off the woodstock and put 3 cotes of marine gloss varnish. Since my family use to make furniture in the old country. I just had to.

you just grab the stock where you put your hand then your other hand at the end of the barrel and gentaly hit it on your thigh like hike up your leg and bring the gun to your leg like in the video

I heard the trigger sticks sometimes. Have you had this issue? Also, when you say it has an adjustable trigger, what does it adjust to? Is it the trigger weight?
nope never and i had it for a long time but it is adjustable meaning how hard or soft the trigger is to pull and the reason i dont have any problems is bc i clean the gun like everyday.lol
Never had the trigger stick on me. it does have a extremely long pull to the trigger though. but a S&S drop in trigger can be had for cheap. the adjustment screw can be found under the trigger with a spring bar running in the slot. it's just adjusts the snap feel on the trigger when it releases the mechinisim no need to play with it. Scope is okay but i'd Recommend a Nikon or Gamo Varmit 4x32. best rounds so far are Crosman silver Eagle Hollow points. come in a green can. check my vid.
