Officers say they can cut deals with you when they can't, it's not up to them to "cut a deal". I know a kid who got caught smoking in a neighborhood of a known dealer. firstly, you NEVER cooperate with law enforcement when it comes to your private property. I wouldnt have even come outside, I wouldve cracked the door enough to ask if they have a warrant....if they say no.....then go get one. Dont let them in. Trash the plants and put up the equipment. Chances are, they may not be able to get a warrant right away. If you have a fireplace, burn it all a little at a time. They will probably leave a LEO there to babysit the property though.
