TradeWest is probably to Technos what Ultra Games was to Konami back in the 80s.

funny thing the compression from the arcade version(which is also great however) makes this one an electronic classic.... it's like the Wine compaired to the Arcade version's Beer and the Sega Master System's Coke(it's also a classic rendition, but much slower than the NES version).

Biggest false advertising of the time. I remember when I was a kid and my parents bought this for my brother and myself and we couldn't wait to play together like the arcade, then long behold, it's ONE PLAYER! Even the box shows them fighting together!

When I was a kid I was bummed the NES port wasn't 2 player but I still played the game a hell of a lot. Kind of misleading on the cover you have Billy/Bimmy and Jimmy Lee fighting bad guys yet you fight your own brother at the end, rescuing Marian from a comfy room with a cat.

this is what really pisses me off.... Super Mario was an epic game on the NES and Mario is still alive and kickin today and more games to come. Legend of Zelda was another epic game that helped make Nintendo big and STILL does. Double Dragon was the first of its kind!!! a classic game where you go up and down the street beating up thugs, and even using theyre weapons against them. and the 2 player mode was far superior. and yet.... Double Dragon stopped after the Super Nintendo! what the fuck!?!

Me too. To both accounts. Classics never die. Its really the music thats changed the most in games, it used to be a constant and major element. Now its usually mission. The Mass Effect games have been good about including music, but they are few and far between. I think it started with Half Life (although a totally badass game).
