que util esta material aunque este en ingles,es muy importante que las bailarinas de bellydance sepan algo de ballet ya que esta es la base de todas las danzas !!!!
omg i love this video. this is exactly what my teacher was telling us about and what I was looking for. she told us how a lot of the moves come from ballet. problem is Ive never taken ballet or any other dance class so to know the basics that will strengten my body will be good. can u put up the rest of the dvd.
