The only damge you would get from smoking pot would be if you were smoking a joint or a blunt due to the fact that you would be lighting paper and inhaling that smoke as well. If you smoke out of a pipe its much healthier but you expose your lungs to a relatively small amount of tar. The best choice is a bong because the water filters that nasty shit out. So do your self a favor and get baked!
