so is mugen for PSP a fan made mod or is it an actual product. If I can remember correctly the original mugen developers went out of business and mugen was then put into the hands of random moders and fans.

doesnt matter what firmware u have as long as its custom firmware i have 3.03 oe-c and it works, my friend has 3.73 m33-3 and it works
