  • The blonde girl looks like she has the downs

  • Tiana opens her own restaurant, and just in time for the Great Depression

  • @TheVoiceOfReason93 Anastasia isn't Disney. But I know what you mean.

  • And then the great depression came and screwed it up...

  • @BlueFlowwer I'm glad that I'm not the only one that thinks this....

  • he's so cute

  • They are both totally hot.

  • Where on earth is Naveen from? I mean yeah, the fictional country of Maldonia, but what continent is that supposed to be on?

  • @afroqueen98 that magical place that Antonio Banderas came from, I'd like to think.

  • @afroqueen98 Pretty sure it's either in Europe and its a Spanish or French speaking place. Just judging from his mannerisms, accent and knowledge (he was easily able to translate the Evangeline song). That and the fact that he's royal.

  • When Lottie turns 50, just imagine... Dolly Parton!!!,' D

  • i really wish they would make a lottie spin off

  • Did they fix up that sugar mill in one day?! O.O

  • @Horselover1501 no silly, they did what i like to call a quick fix montarge. it's were cartoon people do a job that takes like a month and make it look like yhey did it in a day

  • naveen is cute. XD one of the cuter princes

  • love this song.....

  • well, i guess we all have to settle with the happy ending that the movie had...better yet, must we forget that this fairy tail's set-up is quite a good twist from the usual story that we all knew...some sourness from the usual sweet romances....:D

  • @TehMikir

Same thing, except Fox Channel is better at it.

  • I'm 6 and a half. LOL cougar

  • I have to say that I liked Naveen better as a frog... Human Naveen just, I don know, looks to old for Human Tiana, but when they were frogs, they looked like a perfect couple...

  • One of the prince's with more character:)

  • @melancholing He was a street rat.

  • "How old did you say you are?"

    "I'm six and a half!"

    ".....I waited this long."

    Best lines in the film

  • @TheDisneyfanatic99 I don't know how many people understand how wrong that is.

  • @TheDisneyfanatic99 lol shes a pedo XD

  • @nataliablack15 Ah she is, but I like to keep Disney clean

  • her restaurant is really the best in town , I mean, how many restaurants have a trumpet playing crocodile?

  • i guess an angry croc is one way to get what you want

  • best part @ 1:13!!!!!!!!

  • @123skateboarder1 My favorite part too! Steal a kiss in the middle of the song! XDD

  • I'm 6 1/2! LOL!!!!

  • Cutest couple ever!! Disney, you have outdone yourself!!!

  • cutest couple ever!

  • so wait. Naveen and Tiana renovated the whole building all on there own?

  • @Passions55 disney can make people do wonderful things! XD

  • Seen the movie at least 10 times not including the 5 times I watched it today I am seriously in love with this movie

  • charllote!!!!!!! 0:49

  • this movie makes me cry everytime

  • @yourfuturequeen I totally agree with you like Ariel wanted legs but Tiana wanted more then that and she got it with hard work <3

  • @Weasleylover19

Ariel basically told the world to change yourself in order to find love. Not cool. Now Mulan, THAT is a good movie.

  • Tiana worked hard all her life and didn't give up. She also didn't wait for anyone to sweep her off her feet. But she got someone in the end anyway... That's one BAMF princess.

  • I think they are missing something in this movie's setting... the social and ethnic themes of the era, for example. That is the Deep South in the very late 19th Century, is it?

  • @TheVoiceOfReason93 Agreed. Tiana would not have a white friend, but eh

This is disney. They cant show a bunch of guys in white hood chasing after Tiana =/

  • @TheVoiceOfReason93 Yes but it is Disney!

  • @kym6671031

Disney can do good movies and horrible at censoring reality. Remember Anastasia?

  • Naveen is so attractive!!!

  • 1:29 second star to the right and straight on till morning

  • I liked the prince better as a frog. xD

  • @yourfuturequeen I think so too. I think Tiana was a lot different than the other princesses. Plus the fact that she started out as a waitress and working two jobs made it even better!

  • Can we just take a moment to appreciate ALL of Naveen's facial expressions?? Like when he hugged her after she bought the sugar mill, and that determined look when they were about to fix it up together!! akjshdfaksdhf BEST HUSBAND.

  • It's the second star to the right just like Peter Pan but it's supposed to be Angeline and Ray.

  • huh so dats wer neverland came from lol XD jk

  • OMG the prince is freaking hot!

  • Charlotte....is DEFINITELY my new favorite Disney female!!

  • haha at the end they have the part from peter pan 2nd star to the right

  • God, I loved this movie so freakin' much.

  • the lighting in the tables are fireflies.... who does that remind you of...

  • @Murble10 Peter Pan. 2nd star to the right

  • Charlottee became a pdophile

  • "im six and a half" thats so cute

  • "How old did you say you were?"

    "I'm six-and-a-half!"

    "Well, I waited this long!"

    XD

  • can't believe there hasn't been a latino princess yet! gar!!!!

  • @Batman007Edward I'm writing a book about a latino red riding hood (she's not a princess, I decided that Disney has enough of those)! :D I've also drawn her (I have no idea where the picture is, probably somewhere under all of the clutter in my room) and I draw in Disney style. Haha, I doubt that Disney would like my work though : /

  • @missamitza They didn't like Tim Burton's work and look where he is now. :D

  • @fanime1 I love Tim Burton. :cD I don't think that I'm nearly as talented as he is, but I'll keep trying. :)

  • @missamitza That's the spirit!

  • @Batman007Edward I'm thinking of making one once I get into Disney. :)

  • I LOVE CHARLOTTE. for a while i thought she would be mean. but she's the most amazing spoilt brat EVER

  • @kisokushii That's what you call "spoiled sweet" xD

  • @kisokushii I have to agree with that, there are SO many spoiled brats that are such annoyances in movies like this. But considering the lifestyle in which she was raised she's probably one of the kindest "movie rich kids" I've seen ((Even though its in a bit of a stupid way.))

  • the ending makes me happy

  • Charlotte is really set on getting a prince that she's willing to wait for 12 years

  • @sheblondefromhell noooooo 11 1/2 years! :P

  • @Dreamer25Yup SO true. Plus, I like that he's a flawed character, and actually has a significant role in the story.

  • @SyaoranLiClow I couldn't agree more! This movie was so spectacular. Such a shame that because of all the race-related controversy, a lot of people didn't go to see it in theaters.

  • @ninjapretender WHAT controversy was there! there are people of different races singing and dancing and being very happy together. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM :(

  • Just an epic way to come back from the grave.

  • @yourfuturequeen

    What about Mulan?

  • The loving and adoring look he gives her near the end is just so sweet! :)

  • @blackwolf91000 I agree. So nice

  • Don't forget rumplestintskin, just because dreamwork's has done the shrek movies doesn't mean we can't still do that story. (Can't spell his name sorry)

  • definitely the hottest prince....just saying...

  • @Dreamer25Yup Best singing voice too

  • @Dreamer25Yup ikr

  • @Dreamer25Yup You said it!

  • I love this end ! It's so jazzy ^^ !

  • Im 6 and a half :DD!

  • I love how they have wedding rings on. I can't remember a Disney Princess wedding where any of them wore a ring.

  • i luv anika noni rose!!!

  • 0:37 ahh minced stuff. Just nice.

  • i think disneyland should make Tiana's place a real restaurant

  • @katmiller55 maybe they will? :3

  • @Pepsigurl1234 i hope they do!!!

  • @katmiller55 it would be amazing *3*

  • @Pepsigurl1234 I know right! :-D

  • @katmiller55 or, they should build one in new orleans as a foreal restaraunt, that would be cool

  • @NarokiDream lol ya!!!! that would be so epic!!!

  • ..... LOVE THIS SONG.............

but Tiana.... ur dress in the Grand Opening is just a little...... fail....

ur mother is the best dress-maker in the town.... and Disney.... is this all u come up with???

Good job with the song.... not so good job with the dress

  • @cdltaug27 AMEN!! I mean she had two GORGOUS gowns, her bayou wedding/real wedding even the orange dress was cute, then this weird overly covering dress. It would have been nicer if it hadn't had such a long frilly thing.

  • @DimitrisduchessXD

yeah i agree.... the orange one is really cute

and her wedding gown is so much prettier than this long flowing green dress....

    :)

  • Ah, good old New Orleans...

    Who dat?!

  • Princess and the Pea

Runpelstilksen -do not know how to spell it but you know what i'm sayin-

    Thumbelina

    Princess and the Pauper

  • Disney still has so many more Disney Princess opportunities:

    Princess and the Pea

    Swan Princess

The Nutcracker (He's really a prince and a girl breaks the spell, and she marries him.)

12 Dancing Princesses (focus on one in particular) Catching my drift? XD

  • 0:16 :D :D :D :D :D

  • I have to say Tiana has the best voice of any of the princesses

  • The next movie The Princess and the Pea.

  • @mysticplatnium I would totally watch that movie!

  • I miss when they made Disney movies like this.

  • The fact that they're wearing wedding rings makes it so much better.

  • To all you 6 year olds !

there is still hope for you to marry the most sexiest SINGLE prince ever!!!

  • They have a good lawyer.

  • The Firefly Five plus Lou XD

  • one off the reasons i like this movie so much, is that Naveen ( besides being smoking hot) actually has a personallity. if you look at movies like Cinderella or Snowhite, the prince has like zero personallity. basically just a pretty face.

  • N'aw I just noticed the band name <3

  • how old are you? I'm six and a half

  • Jorinde & Joringel

  • Oh, and guys? There are whole BOOKS of fairytales (Grimm Brothers, for example) that Disney hasn't touched on. It's just a matter of finding out the way that they want to make them.

  • Did you notice the ring on Tianas finger? Its the one Naveene gave her when they were frogs! lol

  • You now what I noticed? The band is called the "Firefly 5"!!! Awwww so cute!

  • I teared up a little at the end :')

  • "how old are you again?" "im 6 in a half" so cute xD

  • When I first saw it and it got to 0:50 my friends and I yelled "Cougar!!!" at Charlotte! :P :)

  • I would go to Tiana's resturaunt.

  • Tiana's restaurant is gorgeous!

  • Disney is going to have a hard time! What other fairy tales are out there that Disney hasn't made?

  • @jakersify a "red riding hood" re-imagined into a maybe? :P or something totally original (they have the imagination for that)

  • @fel713

Done that. Wasn't there that one Red Riding Hood made more for adults? Or was that not Disney....

  • @fel713 Snow Queen

    Swan Lake

    Thumbelina

  • @fel713 they've done red riding hood already they called it hoodwinked XD lol

  • @radinne1999 it wasn't disney who did hoodwinked

  • @fel713 What about "The Elves and the Shoemaker" or something? There are still a couple of fairy tales that Disney hasn't tapped into yet.

  • @fel713 I've always had plans for a Disney remake of "Around the World in Eighty Days". But that isn't a fairy tale. Also, I don't work for Disney. Being 14 has its downsides, you know. :P

  • @fel713 i would love to see a red riding hood disney version!! but as good as this movie, of course

  • @fel713 thts hoodwinked

  • @fel713

There also a lot of folk tales and mythologies from different countries. I'm sure they'll find something. :-)

  • @jakersify There's lots of stories to be made into films! :) As far as Princesses go there's The Princess and the Pea, The Light Princess, The Story of Pretty Goldilocks, and much more.

Some other good fairy tales are Thumbelina, Little Red Riding Hood, Rumpelstiltskin, etc. I'm sure Disney will make some more great films!

  • @jakersify The problem with disney isn't coming up with classic fairytales to redo. The problem for them is sticking to the same qualities they used to have: getting away from showing kids things they're supposed to WANT (being rich/famous/popular) and showing them that there are things that can make you happy that are much more humble. That's what THIS movie was all about, and that's why it's so popular.

  • @jakersify

The swan princess, i can seriously picture it

  • @juzzylime94 they actually tried to did that in the 90s, but i think it was cancelled b/c someone else was doing it

  • @jakersify Well they could do some regional folklore, like Aladdin and Mulan. Maybe a Latin American princess. They've also based movies off of classic literature (hunchback of Notre Dame, Tarzan, the Jungle Book). There is little red riding hood, Hansel and Gretel, things like that. Plus they can always write original stuff. I'm not worried about them running out of ideas.

  • @jakersify I'd honestly like to see what they would do with "Journey to the West"

  • @jakersify Swan princess, twelve dancing princesses, princess and the pauper, ali baba, red riding hood ^, ummmm, thats about all i can think of right now =D

  • @Angeliclayer91 the swan princess is already made, i dont think Disney will make it a movie , isnt Aladdin like Ali Baba?????????

  • @vergilheartnet It kinda is, and it doens't matter. Also all the princess stories were made before at some point. Disney can play around with the story line just like princess and the frog and rapunzel.

  • @jakersify how bout Jack and the bean stalk????? they havent made that up

  • @vergilheartnet Isn't that what they're working on right now? I haven't looked it up myself, but someone else told me they were.

  • @AristidesBeauceron oh really?????? thx for the info

  • @vergilheartnet there was Mickey and the beanstalk, waaaay back when lol in a 3-story film called Fun and Fancy Free, but as for an actual Jack Character, I do not think that they have made one. It would be nice though :)

  • @jakersify Well, there's Jack and Jill (okay, more of a nursery rhyme, but I am sure they could think of something), or any other nursery rhyme. Also, they could try something from Native American mythology, or perhaps Egyptian, if they want to try something new.

  • @jakersify They said that Rapunzel was going to be the last 'Disney 'princess'

  • @jakersify Hundreds. Tam Lin, Twelve dancing princesses, hell most of the stories in the Brother's Grimm, everything from Norse and Celtic culture, all of Asia - dozens of good ones from China alone. Almost everything from 1001 Arabian Nights (Takes a lot of fairy tales to fill nearly 3 years of nights). Baba Yaga tales from Russia, Stregga Nonna from Italy . . . El Cid

  • @jakersify Princess and the Pea, Rumplestilzkin, like the other guy said REd riding hood, wow, i think thats it

  • @jakersify Usually Disney does adaptations of stories (like Tarzan, Treasure Island and Peter Pan) and history (Mulan and Pocahontas) ...but not necessarily fairy tales. And with the amount of imagination they have, they'd probably have a lot to choose from. I'd like to see them do more stories with male characters or multiple main characters (like siblings---eg Hansel and Gretel or groups of friends) since the focus is always so much on the Princess line. :)

  • @jakersify they're making another snow white w/ k stewart in it soon.

  • @jakersify The Goose Girl! One of my favorites. I don't think there's even one movie adaptation of that story.

  • (squeals) This gives me chills!!!! It makes me want to cry with joy. Disney's still got it!!!!

  • i dont like that Naveen doesnt have much to do in this scene. he just stands there and looks "unbelievably handsome" <3
