I used to drive to this revival after work on Fri. nights, often stand in line the next Sat. all day to get in on Sat. night. Met so many wonderful people from all over the world. This was the most awesome time in my life and so hungry for this again. The Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival will start back up in a few days after Christmas break, and I am really looking forward to live streaming that. So glad I could be part of Brownsville!!

What memories this brings back. I would leave work on Friday afternoon and drive 4 hours to Brownsville to attend the Friday night service. I would worship and pray until after midnight, then get up early and wait in line all day Saturday to attend the evening service. Leave filled to overflowing and drive 4 hours home and get up Sunday morning to go to my church filled to overflowing. It was awesome! Lord, do it again. Send Your fire again! Pour Your Spirit out again!

I attended the Brownsville several times in the years it was at its height. The worship was so awesome and life changing. Sometimes it felt like waves that almost bowled me over. So many people were touched by the fire, and still carry it.

@Marcel377 I am a member at Brownsville. The revival is not happening anymore, but The power of God is strong in the church. We are praying for it to happen again though. It was so AMAZING! Words cannot describe the power, the over flow of Gods spirit there. I was a teenager when it started.

Revival from the Lord comes and then go for some reason, but He is still the same and His Word don't change and we must not change as godly and happy Christians with a revival or without one. Yet revival are so good when we feel so strongly His presence. Lord, send a Revival please in France and Nice where I live, and everywhere,. Thank You Jesus!

What the people from Brownsville may not have seen is that 'little Brownsvilles happened all over the United States right after their revival went off. I was apart of just such a revival here in Oregon,...it looked alot like Brownsville and was very powerful. There are still 'little Brownsvilles' happening all over the World. I say that because the revivals very much look and 'feel' like this one.

@zionfire2 Brownsville was a revival of repentance. It's no wonder other look the same. It's also possible they are birth of this same anointing carried over from this revival. Like a torch being passed on. Other revivals have come and gone and they all have their "signature of anointing". If that makes sense? Though Brownsville is no longer going on, the anointing is still spurting about the world.

I live in north carolina but I made the journey to brownsville and what an experience it was, GOD has been so good to me, I remember sitting out in that florida sun that summer all day just to get in GODS house that night. Praise GOD and it was worth it too.

This revival changed my whole life in '98. I went 2 the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry from '99-'00,and it was the best time of my life! Anyone who dares talk smack about Steve Hill,John Kilpatrick or Dr. Michael Brown obviously don't know them, 4 Steve and Jeri are like spiritual parents 2 me even 2 this day. They were the real deal then, when I was young and skeptical,and they are still genuine now, over 10 yrs later.
