The song's actually about a girl warning her ex about having too many girls at once, and the punishment they'll give him for breaking their innocent hearts! She advises him to give them up (girls in general) before it happens or he'll be all alone.

The translation of "Laissez tomber les filles" is LITERALLY "Leave drop the girls", how you wish to anglacize an equivalent is subjective.

Laissez = Leave

tomber =drop

les = the (plural)

filles =girls

As for "Don't worry about that, girls" that would be "Inquiètez pas de sa, les filles"

Not really "Don't drop the girls", but actually it says "Drop the the girls".

However it a kind of contruction where the affirmative is meant as a negative.... It all comes from the end of the sentence. It is of the kind : "Do this, and you'll get this bad thing coming". It actually means "don't do this"...

The title of the song is indeed "Drop the girls" and this is repeated quite a lot before invariably she adds the second part "one day it's you who'll get dropped", ".. you that will cry"...
