  • Wow your amazing. Before entering high school I lost over 50lbs ive been chubby all my life. And now in college and I have gained that weight back and trying to get back to how I was back in high school. It is true when students enter college after 1 or 2 you gain weight. And I want to have the weight off in 6 months. I started this week. Decided to eat half on what I use to eat and have my vitiams and water. And of course excerise, do you have any butt and leg excerise recommend?

  • Hello there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.

  • i have a very important question and i neeeeeed u to answer it plz!!! my legs r HUGE! my upper legs arent so bad but my LOWER one.. blehhhh.... anyway my lower legs r hard, so it has muscle. but i no there is fat too but i dont no how to exercise with out getting my legs bigger with muscles.

  • If you go to the gym use the calf machine but when you do it put low weight or resistance on it and do a lot of reps.

    Your muscles are made of little strands like chicken is when its pulled apart. When your muscles get bigger, it means your muscle strands broke and it healed with more strands to make it stronger.

    So you need to NOT make them break but you need that area to burn the fat around it. So just find some activities that aren't too intense in that area do a lot of it. Hope i Helped.

  • I used my 30 minute lunch to watch your videos. I swear I feel like you did when you were size 18! It is a big thing to want to be heathy and happpy in your own skin and finally someone gets it and has done it and when i do it trust I will let you know and if your not available then i will just be happy to know i made it there.

  • you speak on switching it up in a relationship, how do you do that? Can u give some ideas, I can feel us starting to get bored with the same ole routine.

  • Be spontaneous if you're not already. Try doing something that you normally wouldn't do such as planning a weekend at a local B&B or 5 star hotel, attending a gallery opening or taking a cooking class. Also check out your some of your local publications for events that maybe going on in your area.

  • where you always a vegetatrian or did you decide to become one to maintainthe weight lose? if you did decide to become one how did you keep from eating meat. because i was told all meats werent good for you!
