I was not allowed to go to the authorities with the information. Another case involved a man who was sexually abusing his step daughter. She was 11 years old. Another 16 year old girl was sexually active with several adult JW males. No police were allowed to be called.

Also, since you trust the WT Society so much, I encourage you to use their own Greek Interlinear, along with others to see if YHWH appears in the original Greek.
The Society knows it's not there. Fred Franz was supposedly on the NWT committee, helping to translate it, but he only took 1 year course in college for Hebrew. In court documentation, he was pressed to translate a simple hebrew phrase to english, and he couldn't.
If you're not scared to, you can find this info. Use logic.

Prov chapt 2 talks about the process on how to find the truth. It shows that it will be an exhaustive effort, "digging for hidden treasures, keep searching for it". It also speaks of using discernement powers. You would have to take in information that is dirt and treasure, and know how to sift/discern from what you gathered, what is the truth? This is something you do, not a GB.
I recently visited a "need greater" while traveling abroad who responded to my thoughts on how things were "created" to be "borderline apostate." this is different in that it is what a witness will tell another witness as a warning to stop talking about a particular subject, (thought stopping technique). It also indicates that they will likely warn others of this moment and about the speaker whom they deemed "borderline apostate". They may then refer an otherwise in-good-standing JW as Apostate.
Lets just face it people. If you are an ex JW it is NOT because you question or have doubts. Many JW's have questions and doubts...all that is required is for them to get an answer or study directly from the Bible. Lets face it, ExJW's left the organization because not of doubts..but because they wanted to live life in this system of things, either more freedom, less preaching, adultery, fornication, or simply because they wanted to live by their own standards. Lets not fool anybody.

Very well prepared, not insulting or mocking in any way. This is 100% true!!! That is why I tell whoever I know who is studying the Bible with the Witnesses to ask all questions before they get baptized, to get informed and look up every bit of information they are given before they make the commitment of getting baptized. I tell them the truth, once they are baptized questions are considered doubts and any doubts are taken seriously and viewed as a form of rebellion.

JW brothers, elders and even Bethelites have been arrested and put in jail, the WatchTower has been sued, many admit there are cover ups. The database exists, it's been in court cases. I have met and know a lot of people this has happened to. Until you can prove other wise, the WatchTower has behaved just like any other church with this problem. I was not allowed to go to the authorities with the information. Another case involved a man who was sexually abusing his step daughter. She was 11 years old. Another 16 year old girl was sexually active with several adult JW males. No police were allowed to be called.

It was called the Christian Educational Development Institute. Other Former Witnesses have told me a second school (C.E.D.I.) was formed in Riverside California by Elder Bill Baxter. After 1975 Paul B. Allen opened a Video game Arcade. He was formally indicted after an undercover sting by local law enforcement. (The JW's tried to cover his tracks.)

Maybe you haven't heard of disfellowing, some minor standard developed back in the days of Timothy, you see we don't have witnesses who go afar or against our guidance. Children do come forward, they are not believed, the act is covered up. Repeating molesters that several kids come out about, are moved out of the area just like the catholic church. @SpecialPioneerSmerf they dont want us to get caught up in education and forget about jehovah, they arent saying to dump education. then why do the majority of JWs have nice cars nice houses, including us? we dump education dont we? both of my parents only got their GED, and yet they were able to buy a 90,000$ house, we own 2 houses around 75,000$, and 4 cars around 18,000$, i would have one but i dont know how to drive, and my parents dont follow the watch they follow what god teaches

I compleatly agree with this video, and very well presented. However, it seems ironic that I was disfellowshipped from jehovahswitnessreovery (Born-again Witness) for disagreeing with Rifter on an issue. I wish us in the ex jehovah's witness community would have more understanding and would not have to resort to the same practices of the Watchtower to get their point across, especially when the matter is a misunderstanding

Its sad but true ! This is an excellant video. I tread carefully with my sister and have repaird bridges with her and her family by stoping ciriticising the WTBTS. My relationship has improved my relationship with her, and Love is stronger than anything else. I am absolutely amazed to check in from time to time on various posters that have taken the time to express their experiences as Jehovah's Witnesses, specifically the responses by Watchtower apologists.
The circle of logic gets smaller each year, the defenders get younger (and very clearly) less informed, and the circling the wagon for a defunct magazine publishing company becomes more perplexing.

Oh yeah, JW's preach about" Paradise Earth", but that phrase is nowhere in the entire bible. Any time paradise is said, earth is NOT connected to it.
Also, "great crowd of other sheep" is a term they made up, by combining two seperate scriptures that weren't even talking about the same thing.

Also, since you trust the WT Society so much, I encourage you to use their own Greek Interlinear, along with others to see if YHWH appears in the original Greek.
The Society knows it's not there. Fred Franz was supposedly on the NWT committee, helping to translate it, but he only took 1 year course in college for Hebrew. In court documentation, he was pressed to translate a simple hebrew phrase to english, and he couldn't.
If you're not scared to, you can find this info. Use logic.

Even a former Brooklyn Bethel member, who served on the Governing Body (the faithful & discreet slave...the highest honor and position attainable in JW's), named Raymond Franz ( Fred Franz nephew) wrote a book on how there isn't any Holy Spirit in that place. Look at the reviews of it on amazon, & see how many JW's kinda knew, but didn't want to admit...denial. Of course the WT labeled him an apostate, so many wouldn't read it.

An apostate is anyone who goes aside from their first belief/ faith. JW's actively are in field service to gain more apostates. Many in the Kingdom Halls are from other religions...hence apostates.
Charles Taze Russell himself was an apostate, because he stopped believing what he was originally taught, and went so far as to start a church. The apostle Paul was rightfully called an apostate by the Jews. Look it up. WT changed what apostae actually means. Mind control is effective! ! ! ! !

@sfumato1002. I understand how you feel, and how you think. I do commend you on sticking up for what you believe.
Prov chapt 2 talks about the process on how to find the truth. It shows that it will be an exhaustive effort, "digging for hidden treasures, keep searching for it". It also speaks of using discernement powers. You would have to take in information that is dirt and treasure, and know how to sift/discern from what you gathered, what is the truth? This is something you do, not a GB.

Again not correct. It is only human to question scriptures or teaches, that does not make you an apostate, that makes you human.

I recently visited a "need greater" while traveling abroad who responded to my thoughts on how things were "created" to be "borderline apostate." this is different in that it is what a witness will tell another witness as a warning to stop talking about a particular subject, (thought stopping technique). It also indicates that they will likely warn others of this moment and about the speaker whom they deemed "borderline apostate". They may then refer an otherwise in-good-standing JW as Apostate.

Lets just face it people. If you are an ex JW it is NOT because you question or have doubts. Many JW's have questions and doubts...all that is required is for them to get an answer or study directly from the Bible. Lets face it, ExJW's left the organization because not of doubts..but because they wanted to live life in this system of things, either more freedom, less preaching, adultery, fornication, or simply because they wanted to live by their own standards. Lets not fool anybody.
