Blaze was the only boss(besides Arthur) that was a challenge, everyone else had a very easy pattern, and never changed, blaze on the other hand, had a lot of different tactics.

I think "Dame" is used for female Knights but Sir is also universal for both genders (in terms of chivarly and knighthood). "Lady" is used to those married to knights
