I jak dla mnie on zrobił tak:

- użył commandline'a

- wgrał patha

- zrobił porządek na kompie (tzn pliki zamulające sprzęt usunął)

- i musiał przyspieszyć chodzenie procka i karty. Sam mam Geforce'a 7300GT - po przyspieszeniu taktowania tejże karty gry, które nie miały prawa chodzić na niej na MAX. chodzą teraz bez rpoblemu na tych ustawieniach ;)

guys if ur system expiriencing a lag and if u are using a original copy of the game download the new 1.30 version of the gta 4 but when u using a pirated copy go to gta 4 garage download the tweak ultimate graphic enhancer or download the gta invironment 2.... search in google or yahoo gta garage... you will find it trust me i';m a moder and 9600gt runing in the frame of 30-45
