The irony is that these guys keep harping on about how photography school doesn't matter and the traditional path does not matter yet they want to "educate" us by watching their "show-all" online videos and workshops.

They also ignore that MANY of the "real" top photographers in the world did go to photography school: Michael Thompson, Dewey Nicks etc.

@wallisphoto Dude, he's not ignoring it - he's just trying to inform us about what free possibilities we all have. But you're right too, you can't just learn everything about photography, you have to be taught things too. Whether you not you want to pay for that information is down to the individual. :)
