do u know why so many ppl die from just a magnitude of 7 in taiwan? cause the architectures don't need lisence to design one, they can just design a building give it to the government for approval and then they set to work

I guess it all comes down to good construction and educating people on how to behave during an earthquake... shortcuts on building materials means more will die next time...
