If anything, their TCP stack is copied from BSD, but they're not based on Unix.

NASA and the Navy are using orbiting satellites to track people by the unique electromagnetic frequency emitted from their DNA? Come on - this is ridiculous. If such radiation even exists, it must be very tiny. I think it would be impossible to detect this even with a large EM detector right next to the person, let alone from an orbiting satellite 300 miles up, while screening out EM radiation from the magnetosphere, cellphone towers, etc. Where is her proof for these outrageous claims?

@Quazzga The Heartmath company released information that electromagnetic fields can be detected up to several feet away from the human body. Hospitals use EKGs and EEGs for this very reason, to see what's going on in the heart/brain electrically. That being said, I agree with you. How in the heck can they do this from space?

@myconsumerclub Don't fall into the Y2K-type hype. There's not going to be some magical transformation in 2012. Yes, it's a beginning of something but you just won't see instantaneous results. 2012 is not going to be our saviour, we have to save ourselves. Energy coming to the planet will help, but it's not the answer. People can't sit back and wait for something else to make everything right and good. Earth is a school and it's not graduation time yet.
