  • ITALIAN????? YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING....What a schmuck! oh my god...ive been an italian chef for 28 years...this guy is completely lost....did you see him boiling the veal in the oil?????

Me and 3 of my cheffin buddies have been laughing at this kook all night....

Who is he fooling? NOT US!!!!!! Nasty nast dish...with horrible execution and technique.

  • oh i was in KFC and they served this

  • peace of shit

  • That is the worst I have seen. I hate americans killing the ITalian language by trying to sound fancy. The veal, not thin, overcooked IM sure, mashed potatoes and a bag and than cover them, stupid ass. And yea, not hat so you can drip you sweaty greasy hair in the food. Someone said it, its not even an Italian dish

  • Is this at Umbertos in NY?

  • try sticking that up your ass

  • @0neofthem lmao!

  • smells delicious.......

put a head cap dear :D

  • this is not an italian recipe! non hai visto una ricetta del genere, non so perchè la definisce italiana O.o

  • mashed potatoes and lettuce, very authentic

  • mashed potatoes?

  • @TijuanaNoriega I know what a valdostana is, so dont knock the dish unless you've tried it. Take some tasting classes or something and maybe you'll a little something about variation in food.

  • @giod9: This is not a valdostana, this is what you called "valdostana" but it's something different....

  • Looks like an open-faced Big Mac garnished with dirt

  • agreed

  • Fatass

  • What was the point of piping the mashed potatoes... doesnt look that good

  • very nice. what did you use in the frying pan when you first fried the veal....? Olive oil?
