SuperModzz, Either you find a 3 channel RC toy submarine and salvage the parts or waterprove the components yourself. If you can't find waterproved motors, to waterprove motors is by using a longer & good fit shaft tubing with grease inside. I use 2 motors to turn like tanks do. Subs are difficult projects & NOT for RC hobby beginners. Begin with surface ships first to understand the water physics & motor setup first , then move to subs. Buy a RC sub & study its physics is also good start.
Jeeze, I realize the german navy was at first restricted to lower tonnage ships but I didn't think they were THAT small:P
