I agree with Kat, Monsters Inc was definitely one of my best, next favorite would be any Toy Story. I didn't like the story in Wall-E and Finding Nemo is good too but I wouldn't say my favorite.

I like Studio Ghibli work over Disneys. I just find Disney films to be more boring but complex, and I find it more aimed to adults, ghibli has simple ideas that are well executed and lovable characters in childhood that capture both children and adults. But I would choose, Lilo and Stitch, Anatasia, Monsters Inc, Toy story 3 (i didnt like the other 2), Wall-E, The Incredibles. I like these Disney films!
