@UnusualClan Yes it does sir. I've also earned specialist bonus far more than you can count. You just didn't realize you had them all. Ever noticed you move faster? Speed proficiency right there, that's your first clue. Test this out yourself. Check the sway before and after you earn the bonus, stability proficiency. Apart from damage and attachments, you get them all.
