It's defenetaly lindsay shooting, for some acceptable reasons :

1.The shooting sound comes after a short pause

2.when the writer shows lindsay like that he must have had some purpose

3.Casey was laughing so hard just before the shooting so he wasn't just in the style of killing sb according to normal Cinema

I just watched the whole episode. I can't stop crying. The only thing that I can think is that Danny is dreaming. That will have to keep me going until sept. (Danny please be dreaming) Thanks for posting this.

@alexjoleta I don't think that he dies. he is the audience most favorite character, so I don't think he will die. If they kill him they will ruin the hole show.
