becasue they move around a LOT and i cant always be as close to them as you are in this video i have to use the flash to keep the shots not blurred.

do you have any tips for keeping the warm-lighting and not bleaching out the skin? i fidn my shots are really harsh looking sometimes. thankyou :)

Jared, would U mind doing a tutorial shooting in different scenarios (in & outdoors, gigs, museums, streets,) but with the camera kit lens? I know it´s not a good one, but It seems to me that most of the people shooting with d3100 uses the 18-55 lens. In the future, I´ll probably buy a decent one but by now the poor 18-55 is the one I have. so it would be perfect to see how a poor lens like that works in more experienced hands . d3100 owners would be grateful forever. thank you.

Well the pictures are great. I follow your videos and i am interested in buying a DLSR camera this week. Was concidering to get a D7000 or D3100 and i am pretty convinced that D3100 deliveres outstanding fotos but still if i just get it i wouldn't be able to afford Nikon AF-S Nikkor 70-200 mm 1:2,8G ED VR which i see you used in this video this lens costs like 2000€ in Germany. ;) Thanks for your videos and keep the good work!!!

@anhedonia1987 that is not a feature i would ever recommend using. U will loose all color data if u shoot jpeg. SHOOT RAW and than convert to black and white.
