Very few people are great pianists or singers, and only a fraction of those can combine the two. Alicia Keys, Billy Joel and Elton John are 3 of the greatest, and Eli should have won because he has the ability to join those three...like the Hoff said he is the "Piano Man"...he just needs the record deal!!

A lot of people are saying that Neil(sorry if spelling is wrong....probably is) won because of a pitty vote. But Eli's story is also really...mmmmm.........sad. He scraped on by the skin of his teeth traveling and playing at different bars. His story is a hardshio while Neil had a sudden burst of sadness. I'm not saying I like Neil better...actually I love Eli and think he should have won. Anyway....Eli>Neil XD.

i love how that one judge keeps telling him to look in the mirror and say something to himself of how great he is lol. and he is incredible. and everybody has their opinions of who should've won, but all i really care about is if he's gonna be around. i would just really like to see him getting a record deal and getting famous. i'd buy every single one of his albums. and to osbourne she's right, the contest was full of great talent. i just hope he'll go as far as i see him headed. =)
