I practiced this with my costume and it looks fantastic!!! this is a beautiful design! I don't know if this has been said but if you don't have the watercolor make-up you can do the same effect using a stippeling sponge that you can get from any costume or make-up store with some cream make-up....even if you don't have the color you want try mixing some eyeshadow to a really light cream foundation! Remember to rotate the sponge as you go so you don't get an uniform speckle.

I know this is old, but for future use, for the "flicker" part, and old tooth brush would work alot better, I use that technique when I paint with water color for a textured look.
