What I have a low regard for is these so-called "fields of study", such as poli-sci, which are thinly veiled liberal/enviro whacko indoctrination centers. I doubt you have any clue of how much of what you learned in those classes was just opinion. However what really scares me is how the public schools attempt to do the same thing to younger kids. Luckily we live in a school district where sanity still is in control for now.

Why do you immediately assume that I would only be interested in those two subjects? I thought liberals were supposed to be open minded and tolerant of other ideas. Or is it just other variations of their own ideas? We have one of the highest graduation rates and college admission rates in the state. In fact they just recently "dumbed down" the grading scale to match the surrounding schools because colleges were telling us that ours was too tough.

What I have a low regard for is these so-called "fields of study", such as poli-sci, which are thinly veiled liberal/enviro whacko indoctrination centers. I doubt you have any clue of how much of what you learned in those classes was just opinion. However what really scares me is how the public schools attempt to do the same thing to younger kids. Luckily we live in a school district where sanity still is in control for now.

Why do you immediately assume that I would only be interested in those two subjects? I thought liberals were supposed to be open minded and tolerant of other ideas. Or is it just other variations of their own ideas? We have one of the highest graduation rates and college admission rates in the state. In fact they just recently "dumbed down" the grading scale to match the surrounding schools because colleges were telling us that ours was too tough.

please, he did exactly what his advisers told him to do. The problem is Why in the world did it take him 3 days to make the only logical decision? Don't act like he did anything special. He did what any president would have done, it just took him 3 days to do it instead of 10 minutes.
Like I said lets see what he does now. I will even Take back some of my negative comments about him if he unleashes the military on the piraracy problem. lets see what he does

pwf ..i thought you were a conservative ..conservatives traditionally believe the military is only to be used when there is a clear and present danger to the united states , thats why bush had to say saddam was about to use his WMD on the united states .. anyway , the piracy problem is a regional and international problem .

Conservatives believe the military should be used when it is the best interests of the United States to do so. Liberals believe in wringing their hands and fretting over why terrorists, pirates or whoever hate us.

What did Pin Stripe do to make the United States "relative"? He's done nothing but drum up class warfare domestically and run us down to other foreign leaders since he took office. I'm much more interested the the USA being "respected" than "liked". Everyone "likes" a doormat, which is what we'll be if Pin Stripe gets his way.

Sweetfly said it himself, "the anit american liberal academic eilte". Class warfare has been a staple of liberals since day one. It's liberals who want to label everyone and put them in little boxes with their labels: White, black, hispanic, rich, impoverished, etc. Liberals have done NOTHING but demonize achievers (the hated rich) for decades, making people believe that the only reason people have wealth is becasue the cheated it from someone else.

The left does nothing but try to convince the poor and downtrodden that the only reason that others are wealthy is that they "cheated" and "don't pay their fair share". When I was a kid in a union democrat home, I bought that crap. Thank God I was smart enough to figure out the lies.
