Interesting, but the only other thing i like about laser printers is that the ink wont smudge if it gets wet or you have sweaty hands. I have to where cotton gloves when handling inkjet prints for clients.

@dusjamhay When it comes to Black and White yes, but using laser for color is HORRIBLE. Trust me, it's why nobody uses them in the Graphic Arts business.

So it's a video comparing two inkjet printers, when the video's title says "Inkjet vs Laser"....yeah that makes sense.

The last jet ink printer "epson 800" I purchased cost me $500.00

the ink cartages cost $14 each and it needed 6 of them all full or it would not print.

out of the 8 months I had it i printed only 12 pages. I had to get it repaired twice.

I bough 4 full sets of cartages because they would dry out..

pressing the "cleaning" button = dumping all the ink out of the ink cartages.

but it never fixed the printing quality. I'm done with jet ink printers.

What is the most cost efficient for my use?

I do not print that much, but it can happen to me to print a lot for a short time then nothing for weeks or over a month then use it a lot for a specific thing etc...?

I am using inkjet right now and know nothing about laser use (except for work). The problem I have in my use with inkjet is that the ink dries pretty fast. So overall I do not get much prints out of my cartidges.

Any advice?
