this movie is amazing but the trailer almost makes it look like some type of farce, which in some ways it is, but is much much more than that it has so many elements that can make both an adult or child laugh, which i think is something that is truly magical and plus the use of stop motion animation instead of CGI was a strange choice on paper, but pays off. @bl709 Well the movies that overshadowed it were UP, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakquel. Okay only UP is worthy of a film, but New Moon and the Chipmunks sequel were bad films. I think Fantastic Mr. Fox looks like a great film! Also it wasn't a total bomb, it made 46,471,023 out of a 40,000,000 budget. So at least they made some extra and didn't lose any money.
