I must say, Ripchord is in my top 3 favorite songs that they play live. They just look so relaxed and natural on stage like they're having the time of their life. [The other 2 are WOA because EVERYONE gets into it and it's like the crowd is one giant member of the band and I Never because Jenny is a tease and sings to/at people in the crowd. The first time I saw them I was sung to!]
It's really nice that they perform this song so positively, considering it's about Elliot Smith's suicide.

Very cool. I was at ACL 05 and that was also the first time for me to hear Rilo Kiley. Hot ass day, and dusty to boot, but still a very great show.
