I think it's true about him calling his wife that. I live in AZ and heard that years ago from someone who works in the local press here. He was w/ McCain on a Senate campaign and Cindy supposedly said something about his hair getting thin on top and he called her the C word and told her she plastered on makeup like a trollop. The guy said McCain looked like he was gonna blow an artery because he got all red like they do in cartoons. He said he wondered why no steam come out of his ears!

You know, this is being treated as a non-issue, and the press and Obama campaign seem to have no interest in addressing it. But I think this goes right to the heart of whether John McCain has the temperament (let alone civility) to hold the nation's highest office. The world cannot afford for the man with his finger on the nuclear trigger to have "anger management issues".
I wish the reporter(s) who witnessed this incident would come out & talk about it. Do you have any idea who saw it?

i'm not going to find actual proof of the account i'm talking about on youtube because, like i said before, there is no audio/video of it. but it is written about in a book. just look to the right of this video, under the description it says "read more about it here". in that instance he's also accused of calling his wife a trollop (sp?), which is why it is at the end of this video.

i also don't get how a POW is all of a sudden a war hero. In my book a hero is somebody who intentionally sacrifices himself for somebody else or something else. He was just captured. That being said Bush he did more than our current so called president.

When he was offered to be released from the Hanoi Hilton(as a propaganda campaign since his father and grandfather were 4 star admirals and he gets special priveleages) he refused unless everyone put inside the camp before him was to be released. He was tortured and thrown in solitary confinment. Frankly it's disgusting to question a man like McCain's honor or integrity and only makes people hate Obama supporters more. I was questioning whether he qualifies as a hero considering he crashed 5 jets and got captured due to one of the crashes. He does not seem terribly capable and does not quite qualify as a hero just because he got captured and tortured.

I am going to take exerpts of articles about John McCain's service in Vietnam, which all prove his dedication and heroism. That's another example of exploiting a situation, one of John's plane's fuel tank exploded and he almost died so that's crashed? Another was also consumed in a fire is that crashed? He never crashed, he lost 3 planes and one was shot down and not his fault. The North Vietnamese had a hi-tech and complex Air defense system. He is a hero, whether you like him or not

Even after given a statement that said "Bin Laden determined to strike within US" Bush didn't hold a single security meeting on the issue. NOT ONE! There is no tape of John McCain calling his wife a cunt. That is because it never happened. It is just an internet rumor based on when McCain was giving a speech and accidentally said "credit cunt" instead of "credit crunch". He corrected himself in less than a second, and he was not anywhere near talking about his wife. This might be the most desperate attack on a political candidate I have ever come across.
