haha flatlanders! :P you can't get any air while you barspin like that, you have to bend over the bars and keep your butt down as low as possible before throwing, this will allow you to keep the bike level while in the air while keeping your weight over the bike. to practice this move, sit the pedal on your knee or keep your back tyre up against a wall while holding your front tyre a short height off the ground then thow and catch the bars. throw with one hand and catch with the other.

@jujudraine It's a flatland bike. Also, look at 90% of the pro bikers out there, they have breaks. They got that special set up (can't remember it's name) where the breaks don't use traditional cable set up's, and can spin as many times without having to spin back. The breaks are there in this vid, cause he does flatland. The pro's use breaks for front flips.

u need to have your seat mad high in order to do this barspin....there is another way involving leaning on pegs and holding seat with your hand and spining the bar with another hand....which is harder to do...but u can keep your seat low and looks better

It is a flatland specific frame. its still a bmx frame but its made so its easy to step over/under around etc. same thing with flat land handlebars (not on this bmx) they have an incredibly low crossbar.
