what it means is this song is one of what we at mystonic consider the best. it still is up to the vote, but we are just promoting it. without promotion, winners are just chosen on the basis of a popularity contest that may or may not relate to musical quality whatsoever.

as far as a video of yours not showing up on the list, the best thing you can do is re-upload the video and going from there.
