@Tarion666 but Scooby is still 100 times better than any of the other strength/bodybuilding guys on youtube, making elliot 10,000 times better then everyone else!
I know it's completely irrelevant, but I've never understood that "Don't Tread On Me" phrase with the snake; does it just mean you're volatile and ready to attck those who "mess" with you, or something of the sort?
@strengthcamp Oh yh, just seen info on it on Wiki. My guess was right anyways, but I know what it actually was about; rather than literally comprehending what I saw. Cheers for the tip-off mate :)
I have just recently found your videos; Eli, you truly are an inspiration. Every video you provide has detailed and authentic information. What I admire most is that you do not inquire money; you love what you love to do. Keep up the videos, they've truly helped in processing my thoughts of total performance. And im also an aspiring trainer, check out my vids! Keep it up, Eli!
One thing i noticed is that you showed this person a demo with very light weights.
I hope you're not implying women should be doing low weights. Women have this perception that heavy weights will make them all "buff" and shit, when that is false. Hit the weights hard, and get the body you want. Light weights wont do shit imo.
@Tarion666 of course that scoobyguru is a bodybuilder he will talk about good form, ilsoltation and all that shet that isnt necessary if you want to develop strenght and power.
@Tarion666 Nobody's better than anyone. What Scooby knows, he explains. Elliott does the same. If you don't find what Scooby says useful, but you find Elliott's useful, then that just means you understand him better, or that he explains things more in-depth. Either way, the best way to gain knowledge is to learn on your own; because when it "clicks", it'll make so much sense you'll end up teaching it, like Scooby and Elliott do.
What does it mean if one side of my body is higher than the other? Is there any downside to this other that appearance, and are there any ways to fix this?
Could be several things. But it is an imbalance for sure, whether muscular, neurological, or even organ related is impossible to tell with just a comment. But I know Elliot did a video on this exact thing within the last two months. Check out some of his older videos.
wow. this explains so much to why i have so much shoulder and neck problems. i can do a lot of push ups (my record was 40/min) but i have problems with my neck. Now i have to go fix my imbalance.
Very helpful. :) Thanks for the tips! Didn't know I could possibly make my boobs sag. D:
