Well, I won't go into much detail, but, basically, she was possessed by a ghost. She didn't realize she was possessed at first, it was her friend that noticed that her head was always turning right and that the things she said was kind of not the way she usually talks. Vivian went to see someone that specializes in this kind of stuff and he told her that she was possessed by the ghost of a little girl that died in the 9/21 earthquake in Taiwan because a concrete block fell on her left-side.
