i live in a little county called essex and we're going to the north of wales soon and ive never done quad biking before and i want to try it

no this isn't activity wales. we are a family run business just outside cardiff, where on our 360 acre farm we provide quad bike trekking, clay shooting, archery and loads of other things. activity wales are an agency who book people in at our centre and other centres. we are the actual activity provider.
