i'm driving a 98 escort zx2 with 180,000 miles... what should i do to prepare my engine for large horsepower gains like a turbo and other aftermarket parts? I don't know a lot, myself but if i knew the parts to replace/renew, i could easily buy and put them bitches on. Thanks.

we later learned that the stock diff was unable to hold whatever power this thing was making... so, an m factory diff is going in. stay tuned for new videos of this thing on the dyno, and new race footage.
@imfeelinghungry the stock tranny isnt very strong in the zx2, alot of people are taking tranny's out of the ford escape and using them, the mount right up, the ford escape tranny just has one extra bolt hole that doesnt have to be used.
